Delivery is available to the locations currently shown at checkout. The website calculates the applicable delivery fee and estimated delivery window from the active destination and order quantity before payment.

Order processing

Fulfilment begins after payment has been successfully verified. Manual bank-transfer orders remain pending until the payment proof has been reviewed and approved.

Delivery estimates

Displayed delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Courier operations, public holidays, weather, security conditions, destination access and other events outside the fulfilment team’s control may affect delivery time.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and contact number. If an address needs correction, contact order support as early as possible before dispatch.

Tracking and failed delivery

Each order has a private tracking page that shows the latest fulfilment status. Where a courier cannot complete delivery, the team may contact the customer to arrange the next practical step.
